PRK came into existence as a partnership firm named, P.R. Kedarnath Multi components in the year 1994 with the production of conventional fuel injection components for MICO-BOSCH by our visionary founder, P A N Gupta.
With continuous expansion through investment in technology and infrastructure and similarly in our capabilities with the introduction of management systems and people development, PRK has become synonymous with Dependability, Accuracy, and Quality.
Recently in the direction of growth and expansion, PRK became a Private Limited company and got renamed as PRK Ancillaries India Private Limited.
